Filipino chef and model Jose Sarasola recently made headlines after he and girlfriend Maria Ozawa opened up about their romance online with photos of them together on their social media accounts.
Yes, Jose became the envy of most men because he was able to capture the heart of Japanese adult film star Maria Ozawa.
Jose admitted he was quite overwhelmed by the attention. “It’s life-changing…I know medyo big words—life-changing. But it really is talaga, kasi she’s not just a regular girl. She’s really someone known in the whole world.”
“So it’s an adjustment for both of us. But then, the important thing is we’re both happy,” he added.
Jose and Maria met at a bar owned by the former. A friend of Maria brought her there. He said they hit it off immediately. After several phone calls and exchange of text messages, they are seriously seeing each other by the end of last year.
What made Jose fall for Maria was that she was very down-to-earth. “I love everything about her. She’s super famous and all that, but parang when she’s around me, she’s just normal and funny na makulit. May pagka-Pinoy din siya kahit paano,” beams Jose.
