Since Judy Ann Santos will be back on national TV via Bet On Your Baby after taking hiatus for a year to give way to childbirth. She says she’s more confident now to face her audience because she has lost a considerable amount of weight.
She proudly says that she’s bent on losing the excess pounds she has gained after having given birth to her youngest child, Luna. She has been preparing for her TV comeback. “Itong pregnancy k okay Luna, umabot ako ng 172 lbs., ngayon nasa 140 ako. So mga 15 to 20 lbs. more yung kailangan kong ma-lose or more maybe. Pero hindi naman actually pagliit ng waistline ang hinahabol ko. It’s more of yung fitness, ma-reach ko yung highest energy. AS much as possible gusto kong maging healthy,” Judy Ann shared in an interview with Tito Boy Abunda.
What was her secret? Aside from eating nutritious and healthy foods and regular exercise, Judy Ann reveals that it is taking care of her family that keeps her from being fit. She’s a hands-on mom, not only to Luna but to Yohan and Lucho as well. They don’t have a yaya. “Ang malakas makapagpapayat, yung kay Luna. Sa ibang bansa, ‘yung hahabol, papaliguan, patulugin, masaya kasi nag-lose ako ng mga 5 lbs, yun pa lang ha, nung nasa Amerika kami.”

As much as possible, she and Ryan makes it a point to travel annually abroad. “Siguro kung halimbawang, hindi naman ganon kahirap umalis ng bansa, para lang makasama naming ng ganun kabongga yung mga anak namin, pwede naman siyang gawin ng three times a year. Pero dahil iniipon namin sya, mga once in two years. Ipon-ipon, hanap ng promo ticket, hanap ng mga moments na bakasyon ng mga bata. Tapos tambak tayo ng trabaho, tapos leave, tapos balik trabaho ulit.”
As of this writing, The Agoncillo family are currently enjoying their 8th anniversary in Italy with their kids.
