MEGA Magazine successfully wrapped up its annual fashion ball, MEGA Millennial Ball. A-list actors and actresses, models and beauty queens attended the event held at the City of Dreams Manila on Independence Day.
While the event was more astounding than usual, there are few celebrities who have managed to stand out. And although some hotties were contributing to its ‘makabayan’ aura, there were others self-destructing themselves with their not-so-great outfits.
Here’s a look at who rocked the best of the attires, and who shocked us with their weird fashion statements at the event.

JaDine – James Reid and Nadine Lustre
The power love team stunned not just their fans but also the people at the event. The couple even made it to the list of MEGA Magazine’s list of best dressed celebrities that night.
According to the magazine, while James brought his cool sense of style on the red carpet, wearing a houndstooth-printed blazer, which was equal parts suave and sophisticated, Nadine Lustre reworked the traditional Filipina ensemble in a way that fits her effortless cool style.
WORST
Alden Richards
A major miss that night was Alden Richards.
The actor wore a classic men’s shirting with hand embroidered Ilocano literature back detail. Alden failed to show his ‘bae’ side with this outfit, that he looked like the driver of James and Nadine for the event.
