Sarah Lahbati couldn’t be prouder when her husband Richard Gutierrez transferred to ABS-CBN this year.
On June 18, the Kapamilya Actress revealed that their son Zion already knew Sandrino, the king of vampires that Richard portrays in “La Luna Sangre”, his first teleserye in Kapamilya Network.
Sarah stessed that her son was shocked to see his father’s look. “Noong una, parang shocked siya kasi may red contact lens, may pangil so parang hindi siya makapaniwala na tatay niya ‘yung nasa TV pero in-explain namin sa kanya na that’s Dada,” she admitted.
The ASAP performer also stated that she is glad now that she and her husband are now working in the same network again. “I’m so happy, magkasama na kami ni Chard sa ABS-CBN. Noong first guesting niya sa ASAP, nandoon ako. It feels to be great to be in one building at the same time and I know, aalagaan talaga siya. He’s happy with what he’s doing now,” she confessed.
Meanwhile, Sarah adressed the rumors that she will be playing the role of Valentina, another iconic character in “Darna”, an upcomig film under Star Cinema
She briefly said, “Tanungin natin si Direk Erik Matti. I love to be part of Darna. I love to play the role of Valentina. I love to be a villain pero kung para sa akin, para sa akin. Kung para sa iba, para sa iba.”
Erik Matti was announced as the director for “Darna”. He is also the producer of “Ang Pagsanib kay Leah dela Cruz”, a horror movie starring Sarah, and newbie actors Shy Carlos and Julian Trono.
Direk Erik praised Sarah’s performance in “Pagsanib” but he remains mum whether the Kapamilya star will be portarying Valentina of not.
