After exciting in hit primetime show “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” newest Kapamilya addition Aljur Abrenica’s acting prowess was once again tested in the longest-running drama anthology in Asia “MMK” last Saturday where he played the role of a son of a teacher-turned-volunteer janitor in a viral story first aired in “Rated K.”
The episode topbilled by Aljur and Chanda Romero received a 32.7% rating on September 16 while its rival show “Magpakailanman” topbilled ny Jhake Vargas and Julie Anne San Jose only got 19.6%. That’s a big 13.1% gap!

Aside from getting high ratings, Aljur’s performance was also praised by the viewers.
