In an interview with Abante Tonite, the actor talked about being bashed and how he is coping with the criticism. According to the actor, he is trying his best to improve.
“Pinipilit ko po, tina-try ko na magbago kaso, ganun po yata talaga ko”, said the actor jokingly. Contrary to what he thinks, most of the members of the press appreciate Derrick’s authenticity. Perhaps, those who criticize him just to see past his intimidating posture.
On the other hand, “Mulawin vs. Ravena” will be coming to an end soon. The actor revealed that he plans to focus on singing after his stint in “Mulawin Vs. Ravena.”
