On the recent interview of Kapuso singer-actress Aicelle Santos with PEP.ph, she talked about her recently concluded first major concert “Awit Na Aicelle.” The 32-year old singer-actress said she is happy and thankful with her career.
“As for me, hindi naman tayo nagsimula na marami na tayong sikat na kanta. It took years. It’s okay, I don’t mind,” she said.
“Honestly, all these are surprises,” she smiled.
“I wanted to be a doctor at first. So yung lahat ng nangyayari sa buhay ko, sa career ko, surpresa lahat ‘to. Hindi ko alam kung paano ako naging regular sa TV, naging actress, naging teatro, naging trio. ‘Eto, may concert na.
“Ano siya, regalo lahat,” she said.
Is everything is planned?
“It’s not, it’s not. Nothing is planned. I prayed for everything na dumarating. Ano siya, surpresang lahat para sa akin,” she answered.
After her first solo concert, Aicelle believed that its her time now to grow as an artist.
