The upcoming teleserye “Santa Santita” also features former Kapamilya Carmina Villaroel and Kyline Alcantara
Aside from Carmina Villaroel, former matinee idol Marvin Agustin returns to GMA Network via the upcoming teleserye “Santa Santita,” which is top billed by the love team of Miguel Tanfelix and Bianca Umali.
“Santa Santita” is the first official teleserye for both Marvin and Carmina after leaving ABS-CBN.
“Maganda yung project, exciting yung role. Something na masarap gawin,” Marvin said on his interview with “24 Oras.”
The 38-year old actor was last seen on the episode of ABS-CBN’s “Maalaala Mo Kaya,” with Cristine Reyes.
On the other hand, other cast members includes veteran actors Gloria Romero, Christopher de Leon, Jean Garcia, Alfred Vargas and Jeric Gonzales.
The upcoming teleserye also features the former Kapamilya teen actress Kyline Alcantara as the third wheel to the BiGuel love team. She was first introduced as the villain to Andrea Brillantes in the 2013 adaptation of “Annaliza.”
“Santa Santita” will includes supernatural elements and will be directed by Don Micheal Perez.
