The ‘Queen of All Media’ posted a throwback photo during the 2009 Christmas special of ABS-CBN. The 46-year old actress-TV host reminisced the event with its former home network.
On the photo, it can be seen Kris was wearing a black gown and holding her son Bimby who was then a two-year old kid at that time.
“1st time for me to post for #flashbackfriday. I’m in all black & this was for an ABS CBN Christmas Special (i think) or trade launch for Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo. I’m almost 100% sure it was 2009, we were in black because we were still mourning my mom’s death… my bunso was really a cutie patootie. And now, nagbibinata na,” she wrote on the first part.
Kris thanked former bosses Gabby Lopez and Carlo Katigbak for the Christmas gift she received.
“It just made me realize how much of a part ABS-CBN really played in my life. And na touch ako today sa pinadalang Christmas gift ni Boss Gabby Lopez & Sir Carlo Katigbak. “Ang taong di marunong lumingon sa pinanggalingan, hindi makararating sa paroroonan.” I am very grateful for where i’ve been & all i learned, and i’m so excited for where this journey will continue to take me,” she added.
After being with Kapamilya network for 22 years, Kris decided to leave her home network in September 2016.
