Billy Crawford reacted on Robin Padilla’s controversial encounter with Korean contestant, Kim Jiwan. Billy and Toni Gonzaga hosted Pilipinas Got Talent in ABS-CBN Corporation.
The PGT judge demanded Kim to speak in Filipino or Tagalog before using him in his close-up magic trick.
In an interview with PEP.ph, Billy expressed his reaction on the said issue:
“Sa totoo lang, I don’t think it’s my battle to fight.”
On January 13, Saturday episode of PGT, Robin criticized Kim for not learning the local language even when he spent most of his life in the Philippines. Robin also continued to say that the show only focused on looking for talented Filipinos, only Filipinos.
PGT judge and award-winning actress, Angel Locsin, patiently taught Kim his instructions in Tagalog.
