- Although Sofia has since apologized regarding her behavior, she continued to share about her fear of rejection.

Sofia Andres recently went under hot water after entertainment bloggers exposed her for being rude and uninterested during press conferences and interviews. She would constantly fiddle on her phone and would roll her eyes at times.
Former National Press Club President Benny Antiporda recently attested to Sofia Andres’ rudeness on a Facebook post.
In the said post, Benny shared an article about Sofia’s behavior and fear of rejection from Inquirer.net. He also acknowledged that Sofia, at that time, remains as Liza Soberano’s supporting lead.
This was the time of the 2014 teleserye Forevermore where she starred with Liza and Enrique Gil.
Benny wrote on the said post about his then ten-year-old daughter’s experience. His daughter wanted to take a picture with Sofia. However, she harshly declined the ten-year-old’s requests and walked away.
“HABITUAL BASTOS
Bastos talaga itong babaeng ito and I can attest to that, binastos din nyan ang anak ko sa SM Baguio. At that time asungot palang sya sa teleserye ni Laiza Soberano.
Nag uumpisa palang sya noon bastos na, ngayon pa kaya? My daughter was 10 yrs old at that time.
Requesting for a picture with her, with a high note and in a rude manner she said “Nagmamadali ako”
After a brief walk in SM nakita lang namin sila ng lalakeng kasama nya na naglalambingan and thats it. Imagine 10 yrs old!!!”
Bloggers recently described their experiences when encountered with Sofia. The screenshot below came from Pusong Ligaw farewell dinner uploaded by Random Republika on their YouTube account. The said farewell dinner was on January 6, Saturday. When she finally put her phone down, a seemingly annoyed Diego Loyzaga eventually took it away from her.
The screenshot below came from Mama’s Girl blog conference uploaded by Regal Entertainment on their YouTube account. The said blog conference was on January 13, Saturday. One blogger noted that Sylvia Sanchez would put her hand on Sofia’s hand or leg to refrain her from using her phone.
Sofia has also recently taken to her Instagram Story to apologize to bloggers regarding her behavior. She also noted that she has a fear of rejection which led her to have the bitch face. However, many noted that her fear of rejection doesn’t strip her away from being able to respect others in front of her.
Bloggers don’t have anything against Sofia except for her attitude on press and blog conferences.
