In the said interview, Devon also stated that Star Magic supported her decision.

“Actually personal decision ko talaga siya. For me, I think makakatulong siya sa ‘kin sa pagiging malawak ko as an artist. And of course, sa tingin ko, it will help me to grow as an actress talaga…

Devon noted that she looks forward to being a part of a particular genre. She has always wanted to star in fantasy series.

And of course, marami pa, gusto kasi yung mga challenging roles.”

Devon also mentioned Kapuso stars she would want to work in the future.

“Ngayon, ‘di ako masyadong nag-iisip sa mga love team pero may mga artista ako na gusto ko talaga makatrabaho like sila Lovi Poe, Heart Evangelista, Jennylyn Mercado, and Marian Rivera.”

Devon shared her feelings on her decision to transfer to a new network.
