It was recently rumored that the much-awaited super-heroine film “Darna” starring Liza Soberano is shelved. However, Star Cinema immediately denied the rumors and released their official statement that the film is now in its full swing.
During the Bench Fashion Week, Liza admitted that she was shocked about the issue saying that her film will no longer push through. Liza’s manager, Ogie Diaz also denied the issue and said that Liza already started shooting.
Rumors started to spread after Kapamilya fantaserye “Bagani” aired. Some speculated that Liza can no longer play the role due to her busy schedule.
Meanwhile, Ogie does not want to share further details about the film to avoid sating the fans and moviegoers. According to a report written on Abante Tonite, the said film already on their 21st day of shooting.
The said film is being carefully and meticulously treated under the hands of award-winning director Erik Matti. The production wants to ensure the quality of the film will be far different from the 20-year old actress’ past rom-com films.
