GMA Artist Center recently released a statement regarding the Gabbi Garcia-Ruru Madrid love team. GabRu also top-billed a prime-time series in GMA Network, Let The Love Begin in 2015.
However, they last worked together in Sherlock Jr. where Gabbi’s character was killed off.
In the said statement, GMA Artist Center shared that Gabbi and Ruru’s works together developed their full potential as artists. Although they will still remain a Kapuso, Gabbi and Ruru will work on different Kapuso programs.
“As GMA Network’s home-grown talents, we want to give Ruru and Gabbi various projects that will develop their full potential as artists. We want to explore various possibilities and for now, they will have individual projects. We fully support their careers and likewise assure their fans and followers that they will still be seen in different Kapuso programs.”
GMA Network also issued the said statement after Gabbi hit back at a netizen who blamed her for the GabRu love team break-up.
The said netizen also shared a tweet, insinuating that Gabbi and Ruru made them look like a fool. This led to GabRu fans to question Gabbi’s indifferent reaction towards the issue. Some fans slammed Gabbi for making them wait.
In a recent tweet, Gabbi pointed out that she shouldn’t be the one to blame. She doesn’t see the point on blaming her.

Gabbi posted a tweet, declaring that she has been loyal to the love team since 2014.
