Emman Nimedez rose to fame by making parodies of Asianovelas. Meteor Garden remained one of the notable parodies he ever did. This parody became worldwide famous when the Official Meteor Garden page had re-posted a short clip from it.
In the parody, Emman had played as Dao Ming Si while Rickson Digos portrayed Hua Ze Lei. Darniel Carabelle played Feng Mei Zuo while Ronn Ogot portrayed Ximen Yan. Meanwhile, Monique Dimaiwat portrayed Dong Shancai.
