Zeus also admitted that he would receive indecent proposals when he used to be a struggling dancer. Although he is more known now, he still received proposals to do indecent things for a car and/or thousands of pesos.
“Oo. Noon madami talaga. Kahit naman ngayon, meron pa rin. Pero hindi, eh. May kotse, P20K, 10K, yung mga ganun. Kung iisipin mo, wala akong pera tapos kikitain ko sa isang araw yung ganun, maiisip mo rin yon, di ba, sayang. Pero hindi talaga, eh. Ang iniisip ko kasi kaya ko pa. Kumbaga, may talent naman ako. Marunong akong sumayaw, tapos nung mga panahong yon marami rin akong grupong napasukan. Sila mismo ang kumukuha sa akin na rumaket ako sa kanila.”

“Ang dami ngang nag-offer sa akin noon na mag-macho dancer kasi di ba dancer nga ako. Hindi ko sinubukan, kasi alam ko pa sa sarili ko na iba talaga yung passion ko sa pagsasayaw, so ba’t ako magma-macho dancer? Hindi talaga sumagi sa isip ko yon kahit walang-wala na ako. Hangga’t kaya ko puwede akong mangutang, babayaran ko na lang, ganun na lang.”
Defending his closeness with Vice Ganda
Zeus admitted that people sometimes misinterpret his closeness with It’s Showtime host, Vice Ganda. They expressed sweetness towards each other. He also shared that many people thought that their “relationship” is real. Zeus revealed that he would receive tweets from netizens asking whether he and Vice actually has a romantic relationship.
“Siguro dahil gay siya kaya ganun. Lalo na pag nagsasalita siya sa It’s Showtime kaya parang yung tao naniniwala… Kasi iba yung Vice, na pag may sinabi talagang malaki yung impact. Akala nila totoo. May mga nagtu-tweet pa nga sa akin kapag nagbibiro siya sa Showtime na siniseryoso. ‘Uy, totoo ba yon?’ Pero hindi ganun si Vice, eh.”
Zeus also pointed out that if ever Vice would show sexual urges, he would decline. However, if it’s love, Zeus would be alright with it and respect Vice’s feelings.
“Siguro, sasabihin ko sa kanya na hindi, kasi kaibigan, eh. Iba yung pagtingin ko sa kanya. Puwede ko naman siyang pagbigyan sa ibang bagay pero hindi naman siguro sa ganun. Pero kung nagpaparamdam lang ng love, okey lang yon. Irerespeto ko siya, kasi siyempre, tao lang siya na nagmamahal din talaga.”
