Exactly 39 days later, since the latest venture of comedienne-dramatic and concert queen Ai-Ai delas Alas called ‘Ai-sian Fusion’ opened on September 17 on Level Four of Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, A. Bonifacio in Barangay Balingasa, Quezon City; she recently held an intimate blogger’s conference at the said restaurant inside a mall.
Delas Alas shared tidbits on how the restaurant came about its full operations, “Last year pa namin to kinu-conceptualized. Bale mga six months bago namin to na-open.”
Compared to her other restaurant business, this one caters to an upscale market. In fact, it’s dubbed as a hybrid casual restaurant.
Also, this is her first time to open a restaurant inside a mall and she saw a little difference from having her food business outside. After seeing the benefits of having her restaurant in a mall, she is most definitely inclined in putting more of her restaurants in such locations.
To address the clamor of her fans to try what she has to offer in Ai-sian Fusion, she intends to open in 2019 another branch somewhere in the South.
