Before she became Kapuso’s La Nueva Kontrabida, Kyline Alcantara used to be a talent in ABS-CBN. She became the talk of the town, unleashing her acting chops in Kambal Karibal.
During her time in ABS-CBN, she grew close to fellow child stars Xyriel Manabat and Zaijan Jaranillla.
Kapamilya friends.
Kyline remained friends with Xyriel and Zaijan. In 2014, they battled on the ABS-CBN show, The Singing Bee with Andrea Brillantes. Xyriel went on to focus on her studies, Zaijan’s most recent project was Bagani. Andrea, on the other hand, has an upcoming project titled Kadenang Gito.
On alleged rift with Bianca.
Kyline clarified that she and Bianca Umali are in good terms. They recently worked together for Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko.
“Actually, kakatapos lang ng taping namin for Daig. Nagkasama kami for almost two months sa Daig.”
Kyline noted that she would want to work with Bianca again.
“Sana po… I love to work with Bianca. I’m comfortable with her.”
Studio 7.
Kyline will be featured on Studio 7 with Gabbi Garcia, Rayver Cruz, Migo Adecer, Mikee Quintos, Kate Valdez, Mavy and Cassy Legazpi, The Clash winner Golden Cañedo, Christian Bautista and Julie Ann San Jose. This will premiere on October 14, Sunday from 7:40PM to 8:50PM.
