“Nang i-offer siya sa akin, leading lady talaga siya [ang role]. I mean, kilala niyo naman ako ever since. Bago ‘yun, 2 years akong walang show, dahil lahat tinatanggihan ko. Lahat ayokong role… Finally, may role na gusto ko. Kasi leading lady, ‘Bago ‘to, try nga natin…’”

According to Alessandra, the production told her that she wasn’t the leading lady anymore three weeks before the show’s finale.

“Iba talaga ‘yung nai-offer sa akin. Ibang-iba talaga. Knowing me na ‘yun nga, na very very picky sa projects, sobra, kahit magutom ako, eh, hindi ko gagawin basta ayaw ko. So, parang ‘asan ‘yung ini-offer? Wala yata dito, ah.’”
