After launching the newest TV series on primetime, GMA Network will soon launch their newest morning heavy drama, ‘Hiram na Anak.’
The casting is as exciting for Starstruck supporters because two of the main cast members are from Starstruck and reunites for the new series after 7 years. Yasmien Kurdi is one of the cast members in the upcoming series, and according to her during the presscon, she aims to shake up everyone’s morning with this heavy drama series.
Dion Ignacio is ready to kick off a new side of his acting skills. Many were so glad for the comeback of Yasmien and Dion after ‘Saan Darating Ang Umaga’ in 2008, then reuniting in ‘Hiram Na Anak.’ Leanne Bautista will play the child and titular character as Duday.

This new show will be directed by Gil Tejada, who also worked excellently on ‘Haplos,’ ‘Sa Piling Ni Nanay,’ ‘Buena Familia,’ and more. ‘Hiram na Anak’ is a new flavor for Filipino TV series as this give more inspirations not only to all mothers and their children but to the whole Filpino family.
It premiers on February 25, before the longest noon time show ‘Eat Bulaga.’
