Actress Valerie Concepcion, who is currently on a freelance status is back on ABS-CBN as guest star on ‘Kadenang Ginto,’ the afternoon prime drama that was formerly the rival show of her recently concluded series ‘Ikaw-5 Na Utos’ of GMA Network.

Valerie’s first appearance in ‘Kadenang Ginto’ was on the March 12 episode, where she portrayed the character of Cindy, the new nemesis of Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) as she has been held captive in jail.

Her previous project ‘Ikaw-5 Na Utos’ was premiered on September 10, 2018 and ended on February 08, 2019, having a total of 116 episodes. It was a series inspired by the top-rated ‘Ikaw-6 Na Utos’ soap opera that was according to the Ten Commandments.

The story started with friendship and ended with betrayal. Eloisa is married to Angelo (Neil Ryan Sese) and they have a son, Jeffrey (Jeric Gonzales). Clarisse, on the other hand, is married to Nardo (Tonton Gutierrez). They have three children: Leo (Kiko Rodriguez), Francis (Migo Adecer), and Candy (Klea Pineda). Kelly is married to Benjie (Antonio Aquitania) and they have a son, Carlo (Jake Vargas). Inah de Belen portrays Daniella, Carlo’s battered girlfriend.

As a freelancer, she gets to do projects for ABS-CBN, GMA Network, and TV 5 interchangeably. Her last ABS-CBN role was in the ‘Ipaglaban mo!’ Bicol episode, where she portrayed as Ning. Also, her last TV 5 appearance was way back in 2011 where she played the main role of Violet Alindogan, the antagonist in ‘Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak.’

She has been active lately with the GMA Network, therefore making her participation in the ABS-CBN family drama series ‘Kadenang Ginto’ a new image to look forward to under the network.
