  • Viber’s new Pride for All stickers help LGBTQ+ people all over the world
  • Viber has been a safe space that empowers people to be their authentic selves, and to own their identity that’s why Viber is helping raise funds for the It Gets Better Project, a nonprofit organization that helps empower and connect LGBTQ+ youth around the globe
  • To support this cause, you can add Viber’s rainbow-hued sticker pack Pride for All featuring catchy queer slogans, fun illustrations, and of course, some magical unicorns

It’s time to unfurl your rainbow flag for a Pride parade near you! Every year, June is when the LGBTQ+ community and their supporters commemorate their decades-long fight for love and equality. This year’s Pride is extra special—it’s the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, a series of protests in New York City that signaled the start of the modern LGBTQ+ rights movement. 2019 is a great time to look back at how far we’ve come and shed more light on the work that still needs to be done.

As a messaging app that understands the value of worry-free communication, Viber has been a safe space that empowers people to be their authentic selves, and to own their identity. That’s why Viber is helping raise funds for the It Gets Better Project, a nonprofit organization that helps empower and connect LGBTQ+ youth around the globe. First launched in 2010 by gay rights activists, It Gets Better aimed to curtail the alarming number of suicides among LGBTQ+ youth, many of whom were bullied just for expressing themselves. Since then, it has become a ray of light in over 20 countries, reminding people that life will eventually get better for the community.

Viber is partnering with It Gets Better because it believes that everyone deserves to be who they are in a secure environment. The fight for equality has as much to do with creating these environments as it does with celebrating identity. It Gets Better reminds people that despite the oppression faced by the LGBTQ+ community, the platforms where they feel loved and unthreatened are growing by the day and that they are never alone in their fight to equality.

To support this cause, you can add Viber’s rainbow-hued sticker pack Pride for All to your collection for just Php98.82. Featuring catchy queer slogans, fun illustrations, and of course, some magical unicorns, Viber will match each download for up to $5,000, with 100% of the proceeds going to the It Gets Better Project. This isn’t just a way to show your pride—it’s a way to directly support the cause. These special stickers will also be handed out as temporary tattoos at the It Gets Better Youth event on June 28 in New York—the exact date and location of the Stonewall riots half a century ago.

This special limited-edition sticker pack is only available until June 30, so don’t waste a single minute! The time to empower the LGBTQ+ community is now, and there’s no better way to start than by helping fund their dream for equality!
