On his Twitter account, Dyogi took time to address most of the complaints.
On the issue of the ticket prices, Dyogi has this to say.
To clarify, out of 7k seating capacity only (not 10k kasi may stage area) only 2,460 premium floor seats and lowerbox lang ang for sale. the rest libre to be distributd nxt wk sa mga ayaw makakuha ng pbb merchandise

He also clarified that the premium tickets comes with a meet and greet privilege.
This will limit the number of people na pwede harapin at magpapicture with the hms.
— Direk Lauren (@direklauren) July 22, 2019
He also explained that tickets were sold for the big night because they have had experiences in previous shows that people tend not to come to the event if it is free.
#BoycottPBB madami na kaming shows na nagbigay ng libreng tickets and on the day of the event , they dont show up kasi libre naman, walang at stake sa nakakuha. We need up with empty seats. Pag for sale ang tix mas siguradong pupunta.

Meanwhile, on the issue of unfair prizes, Dyogi said they will be givein 7.9 million in prizes for the Big 8, the biggest since season 1.
#BoycottPBB Total prize package for the big 8 is 7.9M. The biggest we will be awarding since season 1.

Here are other tweets from Dyogi regarding fans complaints on the Big Night.
#BoycottPBB marami kaming natanggap na complaints na may ilang enterprising na tao who took advantage of the fandoms.
— Direk Lauren (@direklauren) July 22, 2019
The hardworking and deserving hms have equal chances with the crowd favorites. 1st test is TEAMWORK.
