Gazini Ganados assures pageant fans that she’s 100% ready for Miss Universe 2019

Ganados said she’s very excited to set foot in Atlanta and meet the other Miss Universe 2019 candidates.

  • Gazini Ganados is 100% prepared for Miss Universe 2019.
  • Ganados will reconsider using interpreter if she’ll reach the Q&A round.

Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados said she’s 100% in fighting form for the upcoming Miss Universe 2019 pageant in Atlanta, Georgia USA.

During her send-off party at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Gazini exuded the winning aura of a Filipino beauty queen with her blue modern Filipiniana created by Cebu-based designer Cary Santiago.

Ganados said she’s very excited to set foot in Atlanta and meet the other Miss Universe 2019 candidates.

Gazini also revealed that she’s travelling with her lucky charm, a small Santo Nino which she said was also used by other Cebuana beauty queens in different local and international pageants.

Present also during the send-off were Gazini’s mother and two of the country’s renowned beauty queen makers Jonas Gaffud and Rodgil Flores.

Meanwhile, like Maxine Medina, one of the criticisms against Gazini is her communication skills. That is why she was asked if she will be using the service of an interpreter should she reached the Q&A round.

During the send-off press con by Bb. Pilipinas Charities for Bb. Pilipinas International 2019 Patch Magtanong last October, Gazini was asked by a reporter is she’ll be using an interpreter at the Miss Universe pageant.

Saying she’ll be proud to represent the Bisayan languange in the Miss Universe stage, Gazini was not yet sure if she’ll be answering the Q&A question in Bisaya and use an interpreter.

“I’ll think about it. Kasi I would like to showcase the Bisayan language in the international arena, of course I’m a proud Bisaya myself….But then again I have to reconsider because not all people can understand that language so I will reconsider that one,” she said.

Gazini will be competing for a chance at a back-to-back victory at the Miss Universe 2019 on December 8 (December 9 in the Philippines) in Atlanta, Georgia USA.

Catriona Gray of the Philippines is the current Miss Universe 2018 title holder.
