Recently, GMA’s afternoon variety show Wowowin, hosted by Willie Revillame, celebrated its 5th year anniversary. Even with the enhanced community quarantine, Wowowin is still giving cheer and hope through TuTok to Win.
In their recent episode, Revillame invited veteran singer Dingdong Avanzado to be a guest on the afternoon variety show.
But during the ‘kamustahan’ portion, Revillame accidentally revealed something about another singer, Janno Gibbs.
Revillame asked Avanzado about who he should invite to the show as well. Avanzado mentioned Ariel Rivera and Janno Gibbs.
The TV host then invited Ariel to perform on the live show.
“Ariel pwede ba? Baka naman pwede Ariel? Halika. Wala pa namang trabaho e, ‘di ba?”
But when it came to Gibbs, Revillame answered in mocking manner.
“Kung pupunta si Janno, why not. ‘Di ba? E, ang galing kumanta ni Janno, e. Idol din ‘yan. ”
Willie then revealed that the two had conversed before about guestings, but it was never finalized.
“Ano, Janno nu’ng nag-uusap tayo ‘di ka na tumawag, ‘Tawagan kita, ge-guest ako sa ‘yo.’ Pero hindi kami natutuloy palagi, e.”
Back in February, Janno was supposed to guest at the concert of Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo, CoLove Live. Janno, however, did not make it to the night of the concert.
He immediately took Instagram to publicly apologize for failing to guest at CoLove Live concert.
