Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson recently shared a cryptic post on his Instagram account which got his followers curious.
In his post, the 31-year-old star talked about embracing challenges, but that’s not what caught the netizens’ attention.
On June 28, the A Soldier’s Heart actor posted a photo of him holding hands with another person wearing something that looked like a black hoodie in the woods.
Many netizens were curious about who the woman was, and it has since sparked various rumors and speculations. Several fans of the actor are convinced that the photo hints at a new romance.
Fans and followers of Anderson even dropped the names of women who were once linked to him. Some guessed that the unknown figure was his former girlfriend Bea Alonzo and assumed that they have patched things up after their controversial break up last year.
Some netizens also mentioned Kapamilya actress Julia Barretto who was formerly linked to the actor and was allegedly the reason for the breakup with Bea.
Meanwhile, a number of netizens speculated that the photo was simply a snap from the set of “A Soldier’s Heart,” his ongoing war drama television series.

During a radio interview on Magic 89.9 FM last May 11, the 23-year-old actress hinted at a new love and revealed that she’s “very happy” and her “heart is fine” at the moment.
While refusing to answer whether she’s single or not, the Kapamilya actress admitted something she’d never do again for her ‘next.’
She said, “When it comes to love if it’s something you really want to last or work out, protect it as much as you can and don’t share too much about it.
“I think the less people know about something, the less they could have an opinion about it.
“So now I want things to work out, I want things to last and I’m gonna protect it with all that I have. I’m gonna keep a lot of things to myself from now on when it comes to that aspect in my life.”
