Starlet Arianne Bautista seemed to have deactivated her Twitter account after she received backlash regarding her statement towards the results of the recently concluded US elections.

On Sunday, November 8, Bautista took to social media to express her opinion on the results of the US elections where Joe Biden won against Donald Trump.
The starlet tweeted about being sad with the results of the elections even though she is not American. She also claimed that there was some cheating in tallying the votes with her hashtag #StopTheCheating.
“Im not American but im so sad with the election results #StopTheCheating #US Election,” she wrote on Twitter.
Bautista simply showed that she is a supporter of Trump with her Tweet. However, her statement became controversial as some people didn’t agree with her opinion and noted that the actress is spreading fake news by saying that cheating happened in the elections.
One netizen said that Bautista should still be careful with her words even though she is not that big of an artist.
