Maine Mendoza wished Alden Richards would have a love life as the latter celebrates his tenth year in showbiz.
Aside from Eat Bulaga, Maine and Alden will work again together as endorsers of the newest delivery service, Toktok.
During their contract signing, they also held a virtual presscon where Maine was asked about her anniversary wish for Alden.
Maine then said that aside from happiness, she also wishes for Alden to have a love life.
“Basta, happy ako kapag happy lang si Alden. Ang wish ko, sana, may love life ka na,” she said.
When asked about making a new film together, Maine has high hopes for one.
In an interview with PEP, Alden revealed that he plans to be in a relationship soon.
During his birthday last January, one of Alden’s wishes was to have a love life. However, his plans were affected by the pandemic.
“Nasa top priority naman siya, pero sa ngayon, chill muna ngayong may pandemic pa.”
The AlDub tandem (Alden and Yaya Dub – Maine Mendoza) was one of the well-acclaimed on-screen partnerships.
Their partnership began on the segment “Kalyeserye” on Eat Bulaga which ran from July 2015 to December 2016.
