The Optimum Star Claudine Barretto changed her tone as she was asked if she would consider Gerald Anderson as her friend or a lover in a game called “Totropahin o Jojowain.”
It can be recalled that Gerald is the rumored boyfriend of Claudine’s niece, Julia Barretto.
In a YouTube vlog that premiered on December 27, 2020, Claudine accepted the “Totropahin o Jojowain Challenge” in which she played with her best friend, Janelle Jamer.
Claudine named a couple of artists in which she would consider only as a friend like Dennis Trillo, Enchong Dee, Dingdong Dantes, Alden Richards, Joshua Garcia, Ian Veneracion, Xian Lim, and James Reid.
Meanwhile, she also named artists like Gabby Concepcion, Enrique Gil, Jericho Rosales, Edu Manzano, Patrick Garcia, Zanjoe Marudo, Daniel Padilla, Robin Padilla as the ones she would consider as her boyfriend.
The 41-year-old actress answered the questions with joy however, when the name of Gerald Anderson was mentioned, the actress distinctly changed her tone.
Claudine didn’t want to give a discreet answer as she only said, “No comment.”
Gerald is currently rumored to be the boyfriend of Claudine’s niece, Julia. The two’s relationship became controversial especially since Gerald was still with his previous girlfriend, Bea Alonzo, at the time. It was believed that the actor cheated on Bea with Julia.
Claudine went on with the challenge and also revealed that she would consider Carlo Aquino as her boyfriend.
“Kung ka-age ko si Carlo, jojowain kahit baby brother ang tingin ko sa kanya. Tsaka napakabait ni Carlo sobra,” she said.
The actress also mentioned that she would consider her ex-boyfriend Eric Fructuoso as her friend only. She explained that she already tried to be Eric’s lover.
“Jinowa ko na eh. Totrapahin ka na. Na-try ko nang jowain. Totropahin mo na ngayon,” said Claudine.
She also said that she would consider Robin Padilla as her boyfriend as she described the actor as a “keeper” and a “gentleman.”
“Kung walang Mariel ha. Utol ko ‘yan eh. Tropa ko na talaga ‘yan. Pero kapag talagang nakilala mo talaga siya, siya ‘yung tipong talagang keeper. Gentleman,” she said.
