Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo was backed by pageant fans after being criticized by Tiktoker Jam Magno.
Rabiya recently disagreed with Duterte, who believed that women are not fit for the Presidential post.
“Women are as capable as men in handling a nation,” The Ilongga beauty said.
As a beauty queen–it is just right for Mateo to promote women’s empowerment and prove that genders should not be the basis of a person’s capabilities. However, this opinion irritated Magno.
The vlogger said that she had no problem when Rabiya won, but she now hated her because of that opinion.
