The Clash Season 3 Winner and Power Diva Jessica Villarubin takes on the “Jojowahin o Totropahin” Challenge.
In an exclusive interview, Jessica listed the male Kapuso talents she would either want to have as a Tropa or a Jowa.
She first listed actor-singer-host Alden Richards as “Jojowain.” Jessica highlights Alden’s good looks, talent, and kindness.
“Oh My Gosh, Jojowain po. Alden Richards ang Gwapo. Naku my Gosh, magaling na artista, mabait, so jojowain si Alden. Jojowain,” said Jessica.
Next up, she lists Kapuso actor Derek Monasteryo as “Jojowain.” Jessica recounted meeting the actor during their swab test for All-Out Sundays. She highlighted Derek’s height, good looks, and talent in acting.
“Jojowain po, Jojowain, Nakita ko po siya sa AOS nung nagpa-swab kami. Naku ang taas, tapos ang ganda ng katawan niya. Ang gwapo po. Jojowain po. Tsaka magaling din na artista,” said Jessica.
Then, Jessica lists fellow The Clash alum Jeremiah Tiangco as “Trotropahin.” She recounted how Jeremiah helped her in AOS, highlighting the singer’s friendliness.
“I’m so thankful po to Jeremiah kasi, super friendly po siya sa akin. And gina-guide niya po ako palagi nung sa AOS kami. Kami nila Golden, so para po sa’kin, Jeremiah, Trotropahin,” said Jessica.
Next up, she lists Magkaagaw actor Jeric Gonzales as “Trotropahin” because she has not personally met the actor yet.
“Actually, ‘di ko pa po siya na-meet, so trotropahin muna po. Kailangan ko muna sya ma-meet and makita ko sa personal. Sana ma-meet ko po siya,” said Jessica.
Then, Jessica lists The Lost Recipe actor Kelvin Miranda as “Trotropahin,” noting that she hasn’t met the actor yet.
“Trotropahin po, ‘di ko pa rin po siya na meet kasi eh. So, iba talaga kapag personally ma-meet mo siya,” said Jessica.
Afterward, Miguel Tanfelix. She lists the actor and AOS mainstay as “Jojowain.” Jessica highlighted that Miguel is her idol and praised his acting abilities.
“Miguel, Jojowain, jojowain po. Idol ko po ‘yun. Actually, isa rin po ‘yan sa magaling na artista na palagi ko pong pinapanood,” said Jessica.
Next on the list is Babawiin ko Ang Lahat actor Manolo Pedrosa. She lists the actor as “Trotropahin” because she deems the actor “too handsome.”
“Trotropahin na lang po kasi parang sobrang gwapo po ata,” said Jessica.
Finally, Ruru Madrid, Jessica lists the I Can See You: On My Way To You actor as “Jojowain.” She also recounted meeting the actor, praising his singing talent. She also hopes for a collaboration with Ruru.
“Ay my gosh, magaling po siyang kumanta. Nakita ko po siya sa AOS, so jojowain po para magkakanta kami, magcocollab kami. So jojowain,” said Jessica.
Earlier, Jessica admitted to having undergone a surgical procedure to enhance her looks. During the interview, she says she’s proud of her decision.
“Actually po, proud ako na nagpa-enhance ako, kasi malalaman naman ng tao, kasi mag-iiba ‘yung mukha. Mag-iiba talaga ‘yung itsura,” said Jessica.
She also recounted her experience of getting bullied because of her looks despite her singing talent.
“Growing up po na-bubully po talaga ako about my physical appearance, sinasabi nila ‘di ako total package, maganda lang daw ‘yung boses ko,” said Jessica.
Jessica also said that the enhancement helped boost her confidence as a singer, highlighting that she’s happy with her physical change.
“Super mahalaga po siya. Kasi dati conscious talaga ako sa mukha ko. Parang nahihiya ako. Parang hindi ako confident sa sarili ko.
“I’m am more confident and happy. Pag tumutuntong ako sa stage parang iba ‘yung feeling ko po talaga. Na parang handa na ko,” said Jessica.
Jessica won The Clash Season 3. She took home one million pesos, a brand-new car, a house and lot, and an exclusive management contract with GMA Network.
