Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado will play a lead role in the upcoming drama series Love. Die. Repeat.

The series was a part of the GMA Network’s list of titles for the year 2021 which ranges from original primetime and afternoon dramas, comedy, and reality programs, as well as news and public affairs shows.

The said series follows the story of a woman who is stuck reliving the day of her boyfriend’s death over and over again.

The 33-year-old actress will be back in the limelight since her last TV show was in 2020, which were Descendants of the Sun and I Can See You.

Meanwhile, Mercado previously shared her realizations in this pandemic during an interview last year for their ICSY episode.

She said that she was able to realize how much her family means to her saying, “Hindi madali ‘yung pinagdadaanan ng lahat ngayon.

She then explained that material things don’t matter in this pandemic as long as her family and loved ones are safe and healthy.
