“Baby or marriage first?” this question was answered by celebrity couple Kim Molina and Jerald Napoles along with other personal questions regarding their seven-year relationship during the virtual press conference for their upcoming movie, Ikaw at Ako at ang Ending, July 16.
The actress admitted that they do not know as of this moment which will be the first to come into their relationship.
“Hindi din namin alam. We don’t know yet.”
Kim pointed that despite being at the settling down age, both of them know their priorities: focusing on their work.
“I mean nasa tamang edad na kaming dalawa. But at the same time, we know our priorities. We know that we still need to work at kailangan na naka-focus kami sa work.”
But if ever a baby comes their way, Kim said, “But of course, a baby is always a blessing. So we don’t know. But as much as possible, d’yan ka muna sa heaven anak. ‘Wag muna. Mag-ipon muna kami.”
The couple was also asked if they discuss the possibility of staying together until the very end.
Jerald responded by saying that they do talk about such things along with their plans for their future.
However, when it comes to getting married, the two are keeping it a surprise for now.
“You’ll know,” teased Jerald.
In terms of sharing the same roof, Kim and Jerald revealed the personal perks and struggles of living together.
Kim agreed with Jerald’s response, and added, “I think marami pa akong nadi-discover same as Jerald, sa sarili ko. Kaka-thirty ko lang last week or two weeks [ago].
“Mahirap naman is well, adjustments. Nando’n pa rin naman kami. Lalo na sa’kin ngayon since pandemic pa rin and I’m adjusting to living with him without my family kasi malayo.
“So ando’n ako sa paga-adjust na may bago akong kasama sa iisang bubong. Pero masarap sa feeling na andy’an lang siya if I need someone.”
They also revealed how they start and end their day.
For Jerald, it starts by making coffee and ends with a deep conversation with his girlfriend.
Kim’s day on the other hand starts and ends with a prayer.
“Simple lang. Jerald also knows this. My day starts and ends with a prayer all the time. Especially with what’s happening right now in the world. So a prayer for everyone and the both of us para magawa pa namin ang mga ganitong klaseng pelikula,” she said.
Currently, the two are busy with their upcoming movie, Ikaw at Ako at ang Ending. It will be available on August 13, under Vivamax and is directed by blockbuster director, Irene Emma Villamor.
