All eyes are glued on the intense confrontations in ABS-CBN’s FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. Cardo Dalisay and Julia Montes’s character, Mara, the much-awaited first encounter kept viewers on the edge of their seats, as live concurrent viewership soared beyond 165,000 on November 12, Friday.
The day before, November 11, the show broke its previous highest concurrent viewership when peak viewership on Kapamilya Online Live pushed past 166,000.

The events follow Cardo Dalisay and his group’s continued struggle to escape Lily Hidalgo’s (Lorna Tolentino) wrath, as well as Lito Valmoria’s (Richard Gutierrez) and Renato Hipolito’s (John Arcilla). However, his encounter with Mara’s group is one thing that is surely getting bigger attention these days.

Julia Montes, alongside, John Estrada, Joseph Marco, Rosanna Roces, Marella Torre, and Vangie Labalan, entered the new chapter of the longest-running Kapamilya teleserye. The new story arc follows the mercenary group led by Armando, played by Estrada, and her daughter, Mara. Their bid to exact revenge from those who killed their fellow farmers inevitably crosses paths with Cardo Dalisay and the Task Force Agila. It remains to be seen whether Mara’s group will be on Cardo Dalisay’s side or their new enemies. If the latter’s the case, then Dalisay’s life just became even more miserable. As Hipolito and Lily’s army of henchmen remains hellbent to end Dalisay, he will either get reinforcement from Mara’s team or a new deadly adversary.
These intense events come before the highly-anticipated entry of the Megastar, Sharon Cuneta, to the show. Cuneta is making her teleserye debut via the longest-running Kapamilya series.
