Jennylyn Mercado’s pregnancy puts ‘Love. Die. Repeat’ on hold until next year, and she has extremely appreciated GMA Network’s thoughtfulness about considering her present condition.

On October 29, Mercado announced her nine-week pregnancy after Dennis Trillo asked for her hand for marriage.

On October 31, via a Facebook post, Mercado shared how grateful she is to her GMA family for allowing her to finish the project ‘Love, Die, Repeat’ until next year.

“Maraming salamat sa aking GMA family for understanding my condition and allowing me to still finish ‘Love, Die, Repeat’ next year once I am ready to work again.

“Sobrang thankful ako at tuloy pa rin ang show. I love my GMA family, from the moment I started as an actress na-feel ko na hindi lang ako artista sa network, kung ‘di parte ng pamilya nila. Madami akong pinagdaanan at kung wala ang GMA hindi ko alam kung malalagpasan ko eto.”

Mercado is thankful for GMA being considerate and understanding about her present condition.

She has reminisced about how she started as a young artist and how she was treated not only as a talent but as a family member since her showbiz career.

Mercado also shared that she has been through a lot of difficulties in life, and she thinks she could not have surpassed all of them without the help of the GMA Network.

“I am blessed to be a Kapuso.” she added.

In an interview with Mercado and Trillo, the former shared that she will start filming for a movie after finishing her maternity leave.

“Aside from the TV project, may movie pa ako. Lahat ‘yan gagawin ko once. I am ready to go back to work,” Mercado stated.
