In a vlog released on November 5, talent manager Ogie Diaz confirmed that Kapamilya love team Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil are set to do new projects with the Kapamilya network in 2022.
According to Ogie Diaz, who co-manages Soberano’s career, the two are set to do another movie and teleserye under Star Cinema.
He said the movie would be prioritized. The popular love team will also have some projects to air on Netflix.
“Meron na nga (projects).. I-finalize lang namin ‘yung mga pitching, inaayos ‘yung mga character. Huwag po kayong mainip, jusko po! Nahihiya na rin naman ako kakabalita sa inyo
“Uunahin muna pelikula tapos teleserye. Syempre ‘yan ay sa ABS-CBN pa rin. Mayroon jan mga Netflix, ganyan,” said Diaz.
No details were shared about the said projects, but Ogie said they are just waiting for the quarantine protocols on lock-in tapings to loosen before filming.
“Tignan natin kung wala na ‘yung mga pitong araw na pamamalagi sa hotel bilang quarantine (protocol).”
LizQuen’s last movie was “Alone / Together” directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
After that, they played in the series “Make It with You”, but unfortunately, it was interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic followed by ABSCBN’s shutdown.
