On December 28, musician Juan Karlos Labajo commented on ABS-CBN News’ post about Feng Shui Master Hanz Cua.
The musician wrote on the post associating Cua to Former House Speaker Congressman Alan Peter Cayetano.
“Di mo kami maloloko Peter Cayetano!!! #neveragain.”
Some netizens expressed bafflement over Labajo’s comment on the post, which seemingly was unrelated to the news posted by the network.
However, in 2020, netizens bashed Cua for his prediction for the rest of the year, which seemed a false foretelling since the pandemic and lockdowns started that same year.
As for Cayetano, he was known for his inconsistent stand during the franchise hearing of ABS-CBN in 2020. He would often flip-flop or change his statements on the franchise hearing, citing that the network was biased or deserved a fair trial.
Still, despite his erratic change of view, Cayetano led the Congress alongside 70 lawmakers in shutting down ABS-CBN.
The fickle nature of Cayetano might be the reference Labajo was pointing to in his comment towards the news post about the Feng Shui master.
