Angelica Panganiban’s voting campaign video poised as a ‘love hugot,’ which the Young Public Servants page shared on facebook on February 1, trended online.

The actress instructed the people not to vote for a crook and a thief.

Despite not mentioning any names, netizens claimed that Panganiban was referring to presidential candidate–Bongbong Marcos.

The actress talked about her ‘heartbreaks’ after she was hurt and cheated on by her ex-partners.

But towards the end of the video, she advised the people not to get fooled especially in the upcoming 2022 elections.

She said that people should check the educational attainment and character of the candidates.

“Kaya yung eleksyon sa May 2022, ingat-ingat sa mga tao. Kilatising mabuti ang mga manliligaw. Halughugin ang bio data mula High School hanggang College. Alamin at tingnan ang character references.

“‘Wag magpapabudol at ‘wag sa magnanakaw!”

On twitter, netizens claimed that the actress was referring to presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos whom she called a crook and a thief.

Saw the vid of Juliana, a poor ripoff of Angelica Panganiban's satire. I listened very well. I felt it when he said pavictim, nagmamalinis, baitbaitan, demonyo, edukado (Oxford comes to mind). Very much on point. Felt like he was describing Bobong Marcos. #BaBackoutMuli

Angelica Panganiban's video triggered several people. Good. But don't disregard that feeling and ask yourself why you thought of a specific candidate when no names were mentioned. Why were you mad? Is it because she made sense? #LeniAngatSaLahat #LeniForPresident2022

NO NAMES BUT IF THE SHOE FITS, WEAR IT CINDERELLA!

THANK YOU ANGELICA PANGANIBAN https://t.co/Koq8pTYWQo

A FORMER DDS has spoken who, according to her, has learned her lesson after having realized she was just fooled when she believed Duterte, Angelica Panganiban. I hope that video makes the others realize Mrs Robredo is the best for 2022. The video is quite ingenious. Kudos!
