Many fans are expecting Janine Gutierrez and Paulo Avelino to speak about their viral photos taken from their recent trip in Palawan, posted on Tuesday, February 1 via Instagram.
An Instagram user named techiesantos7 posted photos of celebrity couple Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache while riding a boat.
Gutierrez and Avelino were also spotted together with them.

The photos generated “kilig” reactions from PauNine fans.

In a NewsKo article posted on Wednesday, February 2, entertainment columnist Jun Lalin said that many fans are hoping that Gutierrez and Avelino would admit the real score between them.
Lalin wrote, “‘Nabuhayan’ nga ng loob ang mga fan nina Paulo at Janine na umaasang may relasyon na ang dalawa.
“Kahit nga tapos na ang ‘Marry Me, Marry You’ primetime series ng PauNine sa Kapamilya Network, umaasa pa rin ang mga fan nila na aamin ang dalawa at sasabihing magkarelasyon na talaga sila.
“Maglalabas ba ng official statement ang PauNine tungkol sa bakasyon nilang ‘yon sa isang resort sa Palawan?”
However, a source close to Avelino and Gutierrez stated that the two stars will not release a statement about their trip anytime soon.
“’No’ ang matipid na sagot ng taong malapit sa dalawa,” the columnist shared.
Gutierrez and Avelino’s rumored relationship started, following the latter’s breakup with Kapuso actor-host Rayver Cruz.
After starring together as onscreen partners in the series Marry Me, Marry You, speculations about their romantic relationship got hyped up. In their previous interviews, both stars admitted that they dated in the past before starring together in a series.
