Netizens ask if Karla Estrada expressed a different political color from her son Daniel Padilla.
On February 8, Estrada appeared on stage during the political rally of the tandem Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Sara Duterte-Carpio.
During the event, Estrada had a song performance. She is currently running as the third nominee of the Tingog party-list, which Yedda Romualdez represents.
Netizens have noticed that the mother and son have different political stands.
They have observed Padilla liked an Instagram post by the poet-musician Dong Abay contradicting the Marcos-Duterte tandem for the 2022 national elections.
“Karla Estrada can do whatever she wants. BUT THIS IS SUPREMO @imdanielpadilla,” the tweet said.
