Several celebrities and netizens went to social media to slam movie director Darryl Yap and Senator Imee Marcos.
Following the release of the teaser of “The Exorcism of Len-len Rose”, Yap’s latest episode to the Len-len series on Tuesday, March 1, netizens and social media personalities were united in calling out Yap, Imee and others involved in the series.
Kapamilya youngstar Aljon Mendoza in his tweet took a shade on the creators of the series saying they were trying hard and looked like more tired than Len-len who works 18 hrs a day.

Pinoy Ako Blog meanwhile shared the sentiment of a netizen who said that with Marcos camp’s overflowing budget why didn’t they create a series to highlight Marcos Jr’s achievement instead of painting bad image alluded to VP Leni Robredo.

This is not the first time that backfired.
Recently, Yap and Imee’s Pagod Len-len narrative were met with ballistic reactions not only from the netizens but from different people from from different sectors who felt offended by their insinuation that those who work for 18 hours of more are either stupid or liars.
What was supposed to be a negative campaign against VP Leni has instead helped as it rallied workers who experienced the same even once in their working years.
