Host-comedienne Pokwang quips former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo following the success of the Pampanga People’s Rally.
In her tweet, Pokwang teased GMA that she might call Mr. G (Hello Garci) again after the Pampanga rally drew more than 200K crowd.
GMA promised to give the tandem of Marcos Jr. and Duterte-Carpio a landslide win in Pampanga. She was also the proponent of the BBM-Sara tandem.

Rally hosts Ogie Diaz and Mama Loi also threw shade on GMA with their on-point spiels which were praised by celebs and netizens.
In one portion of the rally, Ogie and Mama Loi talked about a book written by national artist Virgilio Almario.
But at first, Ogie didn’t remember the last name, so Mama Loi butt in saying “Virgilio Garcillano?” which elicited laughter from the crowd, and Ogie who said, “Gaga, Hello Garci yun.”
Mamo Loi then dropped the punchline impersonating GMA with the infamous “I am sorry” speech, which drew more laughter from the crowd.

In 2005, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo faced one of his worst crises when the “Hello Garci” audio recording scandal leaked.
In the audio recording, GMA was recorded asking COMELEC official Virgilio Garcillano to make sure her lead against her closest opponent Fernando Poe Jr. will be more than 1 million votes.
Following the outrage from different sectors and ordinary citizens, GMA went on a televised address on June 27, 2005, and admitted that the voice in the recording was indeed hers.
She also apologized for her lapse in judgment and issued the infamous “I am sorry” speech.
Meanwhile, netizen @simply_clinton reminded the people, especially Kapampangans, of how the young Gloria Macapagal has fought the dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr.
Clinton shared a photo of Macapagal joining street rallies against the old Marcos in his tweet.
