Fans can now vote for their chosen contenders in the first five categories of the virtual awarding ceremony through JoinNow, Jeepney TV Fans Facebook group, and via user-generated content for three prime categories and in-app landing page on TikTok.
Unforgettable dialogues from “Maging Sino Ka Man,” “Iisa Pa Lamang,” “Magkaribal,” “Pangako Sa ‘Yo,” “The Legal Wife,” “Got To Believe,” “Kadenang Ginto,” and “The Broken Marriage Vow” are included in the nominees for the “Fave Kapamilya Serye Iconic Lines” category.
For their wicked and scheming on-screen characters, Aiko Melendez, Angel Aquino, Dionne Monsanto, Dimples Romana, Eula Valdez, Gladys Reyes, Lorna Tolentino, Princess Punzalan, and Yam Concepcion will vie for the “Fave Kontrabida” award.
Meanwhile, twelve iconic pairings including Judy Ann Santos and Piolo Pascual, Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, and Nadine Lustre and James Reid are nominated for the “All-Time Favorite Loveteam” recognition.
Fans also get to decide which among ABS-CBN’s past and current foreign drama adaptations namely “I Love Betty La Fea,” “Green Rose,” “Maria Mercedes,” “Rubi,” Two Wives,” “The Broken Marriage Vow,” and “Flower of Evil” has the most fan appeal.
Finally, memorable teleserye theme songs such as “’Wag Ka Nang Umiyak” by Gary V, “Maging Sino Ka Man” and “May Bukas Pa” by Erik Santos, “Mula sa Puso” by Jude Michael, “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” by Vina Morales, “Please Be Careful With My Heart” by Juris and Sam Milby, “Hanggang Kailan Kita Mamahalin” by Angeline Quinto, “Ikaw Ang Pangarap” by Martin Nievera, and “Mahal Ko O Mahal Ako” by Regine Velasquez-Alcasid will compete to be the “Fave Teleserye Theme Song.”
Voting on Join Now and Jeepney TV Fans Facebook Group for the first batch of categories, “Fave Kapamilya Serye Iconic Lines,” “Fave Kontrabida,” “All-Time Favorite Loveteam,” “Fave Kapamilya Foreign Drama Adaptation,” and “Fave Teleserye Theme Song,” will end on July 29 (Friday). Fans can still vote in the aforementioned first three categories via TikTok until October 8 (Saturday). In the following weeks, more nominees of “JTV Fan Favorite Awards” will be revealed, which will culminate on a virtual awarding ceremony for the winners on October 22 (Saturday).
