The Kapuso series What We Could Be premiered on August 29, taking over the timeslot of Bolera and introducing a new set of Kapuso shows that would be facing off with ABS-CBN’s primetime line-up.

As for Darna, Jane De Leon’s most notable role yet landed the fifth spot with 9.0 ratings despite the Kapamilya Network’s limited reach. However, reports say that the Kapamilya show soars with its concurrent views online, reaching up to 201,000 on YouTube.
As for the newest program, the Quantum Films production, What We Could Be, features the Kapuso pairing, Miguel Tanfelix- Ysabel Ortega. It premiered at 8:50 pm Monday, August 29, right after the action-adventure teleserye, Lolong.
As for its timeslot counterpart, KathNiel’s 2 Good 2 Be True‘s recent episodes show that Fred, Eloy’s (Daniel Padilla) dad, got out of prison. As for Ali’s side, Hugo’s (Ronaldo Valdez) condition worsening, the business mogul assigned the role of medical proxy to Ali (Kathryn Bernardo).
The series before What We Could Be, Bolera had high ratings during its finale week, with the Kapuso series garnering 15.5% as of August 26.
As for 2 Good 2 Be True, despite the limited reach in free TV, the Kapamilya series soars with its online platform success in Kapamilya Online Live. As it remains, one of the Kapamilya shows with high views. The series also constantly trended on Twitter with each episode. Finally, the series remains one of the most awaited Pinoy teleserye under Netflix Philippines.
With the positive TV ratings, the pressure is on the series and the stars, Ortega and Tanfelix, to fill in the shoes of their predecessor in terms of ratings and maintain the Kapuso Network’s TV ratings domination.
