In an Instagram post on Thursday, August 25, Queen Sawsawerra RR Enriquez responded to the statement of Ruru Madrid’s father, Bong Madrid.
Enriquez previously commented about Madrid’s four-year relationship with Bianca Umali which has no label.
“Four years and yet No Label?? Gurl if totoo man yan you should know your worth,” she said.
This comment did not sit well with Madrid’s dad. He said that Enriquez should know the words respect and privacy.
“Heto pala yung RR ENRIQUEZ. Artista ba to? Anong show. Nagpa # (hashtag) ng ‘prayforbianca’, gigil daw s’ya sa 4 years na walang label.
“Hindi n’ya yata alam ang salitang RESPECT at PRIVACY. Daming pwdeng pagkaabalahan buhay pa ng may buhay pinapakialaman. daming oras di sya busy. #PagInggitPikit,” he wrote.
Enriquez questioned why Madrid’s father did not acknowledge her as an artist.
“Ahahaha I love it na may isang lalaki na (ewan ko if lalaki ba talaga ito na pumatol sa pagiging sawsawera ko),” she wrote.
“Sir @bhongmadrid with all due respect. You are asking me if artista ba ako? Sa tanda mo na yan hindi mo ako kilala? Galing po ako sa Wowowee. Dahil sikat yung show na pinapasukan ko 13 years ago.
“And by looking at your pictures po sorry din ha ayaw ko po kayo idisrespect but since kayo po una nag post sa akin na nag ask if artista ba ako… Sasagutin ko po ulit kayo. Sure po ako sa ating dalawa mas mukha po akong artista,” she said.
Enriquez reasoned that Madrid and Umali should not work in showbiz if they wanted privacy. She added that Madrid’s father should blame the entertainment site that posted about his son and Umali’s relationship.
“And one more thing po if you want privacy huwag nyo po pag artistahin ang anak nyo para po may privacy sya,” she explained.
She also denied that she is envious of Madrid and Umali’s relationship.
“Sorry po I can’t pikit my eyes dahil hindi po kinakainggitan ang relasyon na walang label pasensya na po. And if you like privacy huwag ka po sumawsaw sa issue ng anak mo.
She ended, “Pero ok lang naman atleast ayan napasikat din kita. Compared to your post na 7 comments lang aba gusto ko po sabihin na mas sikat ang pagiging Sawsawera ko kesa sa inyo.”

Enriquez became known as one of the dancers on the variety and game show Wowowee. She later became one of its hosts alongside Mariel Rodriguez, Valerie Concepcion, and Pokwang.
