As her Kapuso afternoon series will finally push through, nothing can stop Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up Herlene Budol’s rise to stardom.
In a report by PEP on September 28, the series already has its script reading, and the casting will be completed soon.
Hunk actor Benjamin Alves will reportedly be paired-up with Budol, but the Kapuso bosses are still looking into another love interest.
It was also reported that Budol needs to prepare for her Miss Planet International pageant in Uganda in October, which is why her Kapuso series needs to start taping soon.
Meanwhile, Herlene Budol continues to be in demand as she was offered a contract from ALLTV (AMBS) and GMA Network.
On September 7, Budol admitted that she had difficulty choosing networks as she loves both.
“Actually, hindi siya masarap sa feeling, charot,” she jest. “Kasi mahal ko sila parehas. So hindi ko rin alam kung anong magiging plano. Kaya abang-abang na lang din po tayo. Kasi nakakaipit din po sa sitwasyon ko.”
