On October 23, content creator and talent manager Wilbert Tolentino took social media by storm after uploading a video exposing famous vlogger Zeinab Harake and her harsh comments about other influencers.
In his video, Tolentino dropped screenshots shared between him and Harake talking about vlogging strategies and other personalities.
One of the screenshots read, “naloka ako kay sanya (Lopez). sabe sayo iba market ng artista sa vlogger tlga.”
Tolentino and Harake became friends because she helped him establish a career on YouTube vlogging.
However, even if Harake gained Tolentino 700K subscribers, he said that she was paid enough for her services, “Every collab bayad siya.”
In another cropped screenshot, Harake warned Tolentino to think twice before collaborating with Daisy Lopez also known as ‘Madam Inutz’. It says, “ma ingat ka den kay inutz ganito kasi kapag trending ka now after ilang months nganga na yan.”
Despite the proof that Harake has said unkind comments to her co-vloggers, some netizens expressed dismay over Tolentino who leaked the private conversations between them, even if they were friends before the debacle.
In a tweet, entertainment reporter and comedian Ogie Diaz expressed, “Sayang ang friendship ni Mamshie Wilbert at Zeinab Harake. Ikaw ba eh nanghihinayang din?”

Another netizen on Twitter shared, “Kakatakot maging kaibigan si Wilbert. Nakakatakot maging kaibigan ang nagshashare ng private convo at secrets niyo in public. Alam kong mali si Zeinab pero huwag sana itolerate at iglorify mga kagaya ni Wilbert.”

“I’m not picking Zeinab’s side but she trusted Wilbert before as her friend and he’s not supposed to used [use] Zeinab’s secret against her just because they’re not in [on] good terms. Yes, he has every right to be mad pero it’s unacceptable,” said another Twitter user.

Harake went on Facebook live to share her side of the story and expressed that she has already said apologies to the personalities dragged into the mess.
“Wala ako ibang hihilingin ngayon sa mga taong nadamay kundi pasensya na. Kasi marunong ako humingi ng pasensya. At ‘yung paghingi ko ng pasensya, nanggagaling dito (puso). Hindi po ako nagsisinungaling. Pasensya na po kayo.”
With this, some Twitter users appreciated Harake’s actions, “kudos to zeinab for messaging and apologizing to people involved sa ss agad agad paglabas ng vlog ni wilbert and explaining the little deeds carefully sa facebook live. in conclusion pangit maging kaibigan si wilbet [Wilbert].”
Also coming into the defense of Harake, Internet businessman and influencer Xian Gaza posted a lengthy Facebook post, “Hindi totoo na si ZH [Zeinab Harake] ang naghahabol sa pera ni WT [Wilbert Tolentino]. It’s the other way around. Si WT ang nagsusunog ng multimilyones sa maraming influencers upang makilala ang kanyang pangalan because he is a celebrity-wanna-be like me.”

Gaza also revealed some screenshots accusing Tolentino of a money scam involving foreigners. One of the screenshot reads, “Nagtrabaho ako diyan sa company ni wilbert akala ko normal na bpo companies. Kaso puro scam lang ginagawa.”
