On November 21, Careless Music Chairman and President James Reid highlighted the company’s expansion into the music label.
Reid revealed at the press conference for Careless Music’s new artists that he and CEO Jeffrey Oh are in Los Angeles, California, expanding their label’s horizons through collaboration with artists and producers.
The actor-producer said they have been in LA since October to expand their horizons and hone their skills, their talents while working with different producers and artists. He said it had been an amazing experience.
He also expressed excitement about sharing new music and projects for Careless Music in the coming months.
Reid shared, “It’s something [that] I want[ed] to do since I first came to LA early this year. We’re very excited to share all the music, the projects we’ve been working on [out] here. And most importantly, all the opportunities we’re able to, you know, these doors have been [able] to open for not just the Careless [Music] artists, but hopefully, Philippines as a whole.”
Reid also pointed out their label’s growing roster with the introduction of their new artists. He shared, “This is really a big moment in the journey of Careless Music since we’ve started, you know, the roster and the family’s getting bigger, and you know, we really wanted to keep everyone [like] in the loop– and updated to everything that we’re doing–sharing like all the big news with everyone. So, I want to thank everyone for being part of this.”
‘Careless Music’ signed three new artists under their growing music label with Destiny Rogers, August Wahh, and indie band SOS.
Aside from their new artists, the Filipino music label also include premiere artists such as Nadine Lustre and Liza Soberano.
