Former entertainment editor and a friend of Kris Aquino, Dindo Balares shared that Kris Aquino’s health is improving. The latter is still razor-sharp.
Balares confirmed on November 3 via Instagram that Aquino is in Los Angeles and is recovering from her illness.

Balares said, “May ipinadala siyang video with Kuya Josh at Bimb, puwede sanang i-screen grab para pang-update sa kanilang followers, pero ‘di ko naipagpaalam kaya itong isa sa mga dating photo namin muna ang ipo-post ko.”
It can be recalled that on May 16, Aquino revealed how critical her present health condition was.

The actress posted, “Kayo na lang please ang mag research- 3 ang confirmed autoimmune conditions ko: chronic spontaneous urticaria, autoimmune thyroiditis, and definitively confirmed after my 3rd skin biopsy was read by a pathologist here & in the 
- meron po akong vasculitis, to be very specific – late stage 3 of Churg-Strauss Syndrome now also known as EGPA.”
As she is battling her autoimmune disease, Aquino was thankful for prayers from friends and supporters.
Balares shared Aquino’s message to him, “The loyalty & genuine love of people like you and the prayers, generosity, and kindness of people I’ve never even met- super blessed na ‘ko.”
Balares concluded that Kris Aquino was moved by all the prayers for healing from her friends and followers. These, she said, made her stronger and braver.
