TV host and vlogger Alex Gonzaga made another buzz on social media following her viral “careless” birthday video clip.
Gonzaga was at the center of social media controversy after a video clip of her putting chocolate icing on a service crew during her party attracted furious netizens.
Her name immediately made it to the top trending topics on Twitter Philippines on Monday, January 16.
Meanwhile, one of the production people who previously worked with the Tropang LOL host revealed that she indeed has a mean bone.
In a tweet on the same day Gonzaga trended, John Mark Yap shared his experience with Gonzaga during the filming of a certain movie.
Yap tweeted “As someone who has worked directly with this woman for her first film as a lead, I can personally say na masama talaga ugali ng babaeng ito! Always the cause of delay sa shooting. Almost everyone on set hated her. She was just nice to me kasi mataas posisyon ko sa pelikula.”

Yap also mentioned one of Gonzaga’s co-stars in the film, singer and theater actor Reb Atadero, who he can also attest to the vlogger-host’s true nature.
“She was even very rude to @rebranger who did a small role in that film when they were at the tent! I’ll let Reb tell that story but I swear, masama talaga ugali niya and everyone on set saw/experienced it.”

In response, Atadero shared his experience with Alex Gonzaga on the set of the said film.
“As I was trying to get settled, tinawag ako bigla for briefing. Nagmadali ako and I accidentally left my bag on top of a cot. Apparently, it was hers. Pagbalik ko: “Kaninong bag ‘to?” Me: Mine! I’m so sorry! She EXHALED at me followed by a weak smile. That was our intro,” he wrote.

Several netizens also tweeted, blasting Gonzaga and calling her “bastos” for humiliating the party crew.

This was not the first time that Gonzaga figured in a controversy about her attitude.
Previously, she was also described (although anonymously) by Dina Bonnevie as unprofessional and a prima donna for coming late and unprepared to their taping.
Veteran columnist and host Cristy Fermin also recently shared her personal experience with her former Juicy co-host.
According to Fermin, Gonzaga often came in late for their show and caused delays in their taping.
“Alam mo ako meron akong personal na pedeng banggitin dito. Magkakasama po kame sa juicy. Syempre po ang aming taping ay nadedelay dahil hinihintay nga po si Alex Gonzaga.
